FAQ for Booty Boot Camp
For your convenience we have provided some of our most frequently asked questions. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have additional questions.
A: You will need clothing that is loose fitting and comfortable and shoes that are suitable for aerobic exercise such as athletic footwear.
A: Yes we would recommend that you bring a yoga mat since we perform some of our exercises lying or kneeling on the floor.
A: Rigorous activity burns a lot of energy which is what you want to do to burn fat. To get ready for the class we recommend that you drink a glass of water a half hour or so before class and eat a piece of fruit such as a banana, apple or orange. Bring water to drink during class.
A: Boot camp is interval training. You will work in small groups and you can select the group you join to fit your exercise level. We will also suggest ways to modify exercises to accommodate your fitness level.
A: Definitely not! Although boot camp has the image of being a rigorous and extreme group program, as Personal Trainers, we wish to make this class as personal as possible. We want you to benefit from the experience. You only need to compete with yourself.
A: First of all we recommend that you get your doctor's consent before taking any exercise program. Once cleared for exercise you need not worry. We will teach everyone exercises that can be adjusted and modified to fit their special needs.
