   Are you stuck in a rut? For years you have been doing the same exercise routines in the gym, running the same length of time and distance, eating the same kind of foods; yet, you cannot figure out why you are not getting leaner and stronger. Your body has acclimated to your routine. This is referred to as a fitness plateau. When you hit a fitness plateau it is time to change your habits and patterns.

  Plateau. The dreaded fitness word that you do not want to hear, let alone experience. Especially when you are working so hard and not seeing results. Plateaus are common and natural. Sooner or later everyone hits a plateau. If you are no longer seeing results you have likely reached a plateau.
 
  A plateau happens when your body adjusts to the stresses applied to it and the exercies that you were doing become easier. You are no longer challenged.
  
  To work through a plateau change your routine and incorporate the principles of progression, overload and adaption to your workout.

  Too much routine in your exercise program is your enemy.  You need to incorporate change. We will help you to advance.  
 
  If you are self-motivated, understand the basic principles of exercise and wish to work independently we will create you a basic program with three one hour sessions.

 

  With additional sessions and professional supervision we can accelerate your advancement. 

  

  You program will be documented in the personal workbook that we create for you.
