Upper Body Workout
 
Would you like to tone those flabby arms and sgtrengthen those shoulders? This isz a unique group training class that uses a 40 foot long resistance band. Stand shoulder to shoulder and challenge yourself and your neighbor by enjoying a "long" stretch of exercises that will tighten and shape those arms and shoulders.
 
Bring along a pair of 2 or 3 pound hand weights and a yoga mat. It is recommended that you consult your doctor prior to starting an exercise program.
