Are you ready for a workout? We will concentrate on firming up your "booty". Get ready to feel better and look better as you work hard with exercises that will help you look your best. Bring a yoga mat to class. It is recommended that you consult your doctor prior to starting an exercise program.
Are you worried you will not be able to keep up? Don't be. All our classes can be scaled to meet your fitness level.

Did you know that in the Military soldiers are required to take a physical fitness test at least twice per year. There are three events which are measured: push-ups, sit-ups, and a timed two-mile run.
