ASSESSMENT

 

  Many people measure their success by subjective standards such as general physical appearance or imprecise measurements such as body weight. Our assessments are a great tool to evaluate your progress based on the latest scientific reasearch.

 

  We examine your strengths and weaknesses. We guage our level of testing to match your physical condition so you will never be asked to perform exercises beyond your level. We evaluate your cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, joint flexibility, basal metabolism and body composition.
 

 POSTURAL

ASSESSMENT

 

  Posture refers to the alignment positioning of the body with respect to the force of gravity. Our assessment evaluates whether or not your body is being stressed due to bad posture.

 

  We perform a verbal, visual and hands on static standing postural assessment to evaluate your posture in all anatomical planes of movement. This will help us to identify muscular imbalances at the major load-bearing joints; the feet, knees, hips and shoulders.

 

    

 NUTRITIONAL ASSESSMENT

 

  How you look is largely influenced by what you eat. Lack of muscle mass, high body fat, and lack of energy can be caused by unhealthy nutrition. Our nutrition assessments are a great tool to help evaluate your lifestyle choices.

 

  We perform an evaluation of your current lifestyle. We complete an interview to better understand your physical  condition, medical history, activity level, basal metabolism, eating habits and patterns, body composition and personal goals. You will learn how to maintain a food journal to start monitoring your food consumption.
