   With all one-on-one personal training clients we create a personalized workbook designed to document their program and to track their goals.

This workbook includes:
  • your periodic fitness evaluations
  • your exercise program documented with photos
  • your nutritional recommendations

We are committed to your success. Our client workbooks serve to monitor your success so that you know exactly how well you are doing. With our guidance you will increase your strength, balance, endurance and flexibility while achieving your goals.

   

  We use your metrics to establish a baseline and to analyze your progress. Among the metrics we use and record to create your program are:
  • body mass and circumference measurements
  • muscular strength and development
  • flexibility
  • aerobic rate of perceived exertion and energy recovery rate
  • postural alignment
  • nutritional requirements
 
  The same measurements will be repeated with future re-evaluations. The results will be graphed in your personal workbook.
  
    We maintain a workbook for all of our one-on-one personal training clients.
